e) Le Conseil a approuvé deux projets de recherche supplémentaires qui doivent être exécutés en 2005: un projet intitulé “Safety and security in a regional context: case-studies” et un projet sur l'élaboration d'un manuel de formation de base à l'intention du personnel pénitentiaire.
